San is Chief Representative (China) for Simon Murray & Company, a diversified Asian investment and advisory firm with interests in growth capital, real estate investments and hedge funds. San is also Founder Mentor of Xcelerate, Ltd, an early stage investment firm in Shanghai focused on lifestyle and green projects, as well as non-executive Director with Prism Investments, a family office investment firm focused on Chinese growth companies. Previously, San had worked with a major US hedge fund on structured private equity deals in China and with AIG Investments managing the US$1.1 billion Asian Infrastructure Fund, which invested in firms such as China Unicom, Korea’s Hansol PCS and BTSC, Bangkok’s elevated rail. As an entrepreneur, San has started and managed companies in Internet telephony, retail and hospitality industries. San has served as Board or Advisor for many multinational Chinese and US firms in cross-border market strategy and fund raising initiatives.

He started his career in strategy and management consulting with Accenture and AT Kearney in US and Asia.

San holds a BS Economics from the Wharton School with major in Entrepreneurial Management and a MBA from CEIBS (China Europe International Business School).
