Our Team

Garret was former President of Ginscom Technology, a gaming technology company founded by himself as an entrepreneur in Chengdu, China. Garret developed an advanced Sgaming™ engine and client side gaming applications, including a series of popular multi-player client-server Chinese/Asian skill games such as Chinese Mahjong, Dou Di Zhu (Fight the Landlord), Sichuan Mahjong, Tuo La Ji/Shengji (Traktor Poker), Chinese Chess, Go/Weiqi, and Junqi.

Garret led server infrastructure development at Valicert (now part of Tumbleweed Communications, NASDAQ: TMWD). He was instrumental in completing security server related products for the United States Department of Defense, Visa, and Netscape. Garret worked on the email gateway development for the two way interactive cable television platform at PowerTV (now part of Cisco Systems, NASDAQ: CSCO).

Garret holds a BS in computer science/math from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
