David was formerly Vice President at the World Poker Tour (NASDAQ: WPTE) which is the leading high stakes televised poker tour with over 20 annual events throughout the world including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Atlantic City, Barcelona (Spain), Fallsview (Canada), and Paris (France). David was instrumental in the companies online gaming initiatives and was actively involved in regulatory, product and operations of its online properties. The companies programming is licensed to broadcast in over 150 countries/territories . He was also former CEO and co-founder of a leading online social network for poker players which was successfully sold to a publically traded company listed on the London Stock Exchange. Previously, David also worked in Private Equity and worked closely with various technology and gaming companies.

David is recognized internationally as a leading internet gaming expert and has spoken on numerous gaming panels and conferences including the Global Interactive Gaming and Expo (GIGSE) in Canada, Casino Affiliate Convention (CAC) in Las Vegas and the International Gaming Conference and Expo (IGCE) in Costa Rica and the Asian Interactive Gaming Congress (AIG) in Macau. In addition, David is involved with various Asian non profit organizations.

David holds a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) where he majored in Marketing and International Business.
